Healing Outcomes Counseling LLC provides Virtual Video Telehealth Counseling via secure HIPPA compliant software to individuals located in Louisiana, Florida, New Mexico, Nevada, Virginia, Puerto Rico and residents of the UK.  Mr. Burkin is recognized as Registered under the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). Persons located outside the US may request Virtual Counseling Services as self-pay clients using a credit card. US Residents may use the following insurances subject to benefit verification; Aetna, Optum/United Healthcare, Cigna, and Carelon Behavioral Health.
